Lwyr.com was born out of our own need to have better dialogue with our own clients. Managing thousands of claimants across various product liability, mass tort, and personal injury cases requires a new technology to communicate with clients regularly and effectively, while maintaining full compliance with HIPAA and privacy laws. To this end we designed and created the Lwyr.com app.
Lwyr.com provides a new channel of communication to be used when calling, texting and emailing isn't effective.
Communicating with clients has historically been an ongoing issue. Clients move, are unresponsive to regular mail, and are so overburdened with emails that important messages get overlooked. Unidentified phone calls get blocked by carriers and mobile apps designed to combat telemarketing, and even calls that manage to get through go unanswered when unexpected.
Communication breakdown with clients leads to high attrition rates, negatively impacting a firm’s return on investment, and may present ethical issues regarding our duty to communicate with our clients.
Lwyr.com solves these issues by allowing attorneys to securely communicate with clients via chat, voice and video calls independent of phone carriers and phone spam blocking apps.
